Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SoleOS (“the Service”), operated by Quantivo AI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

SoleOS aggregates metrics and events from third-party services you choose to connect (such as RevenueCat, Stripe, PostHog, Google Analytics, Supabase, and Firebase) into a single dashboard, with notifications and revenue projections. The Service is currently offered as an early-access product and features may change, be added, or be removed.

Your account and data

You are responsible for the credentials you connect and must have the right to grant us access to the accounts you link. Your data remains yours: we claim no ownership over the metrics, events, or business data we process on your behalf, and we access connected providers with read-only scopes wherever the provider offers them. You may disconnect providers or delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice — early-access pricing is locked for founding users for as long as their subscription remains active.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempting to access other users’ data, no reverse engineering, no using the Service to violate any third-party provider’s terms, and no reselling the Service without our written consent.

Projections are estimates

Growth projections, milestone estimates, and similar forward-looking figures shown in the Service are mathematical extrapolations of your historical data. They are provided for information only and are not financial, investment, or business advice, and we make no guarantee that they will prove accurate.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Metrics depend on third-party APIs that may change, be delayed, or be unavailable; we do not warrant that data shown is complete or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination we will delete your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
